Harrison J. Gordon, has been a long time advocate for people
suffering from brain injury. He was an invited speaker at the
Brain Injury
Association of New Jersey’s seminar entitled “Understanding New
Jersey Law” at its 25th
Annual Seminar on May 17, 2007.
Mr. Gordon presented an interactive
presentation where the audience
participated in a question and
answer session providing them with information on their legal rights
and issues and other interesting topics in New Jersey law. The
presentation was very well received. Attending this seminar were
people with brain injuries, family members, professionals working in
the field of brain injury, medical doctors, neuropsychologists,
psychiatrists, neuropsychiatrists, rehabilitation nurses, social
workers and those in brain injuries.
Mr. Gordon is nationally known for his representation of persons
with brain injuries for over 20 years. He has educated other
professional, medical and rehabilitation specialists, attorneys and
the public by lecturing throughout the United States and he is a
member of the Board of Trustees of the Brain Injury Association of
New Jersey. On May 17, 2006, Mr. Gordon received a Volunteer
Excellence Award from the Brain Injury Association of New Jersey for
his dedicated efforts in the field of traumatic brain injury.
Harrison Gordon has been featured in Who’s Who in America. He is
also a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Trial
Lawyer’s (National) Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group and has
been named to “The Ten Leaders of Personal Injury and Trial Law” of
North Jersey for 2003-2005 by Digital Press International.
